Getting closer. But it seems very far away today. It was negative 4 f when I got up this morning. It has climbed to 9 now in about 2 hours. I am not in a hurry to do my shopping. If we were not out of tobacco I would wait until tomorrow. But it's hard to picture warmer weather coming when it's this cold.
Nothing special planned for the day after I get home. Just hibernating and relaxing.

We were at 28F when I took my morning meds. Now, at just after noon, it is 47F here. Our high is supposed to reach 55F this afternoon.
We haven't heard from the garage for two days now... I'm guessing the tool they ordered still hasn't arrived. I'd LIKE to go to Walmart but am not walking two miles there and back again, no matter what the temp outside is.
We aren't planning on doing anything today.

@wolfgirl569 It felt nice enough outside today. (I stepped out to check the mail and came right back inside. We reached 54F today.) If you come over tomorrow, we're supposed to reach 57F then. I'll let you skim off 10 degrees if you want it?
If you get here before 9 am, I'll tell my brother I don't need the ride to the ER and let you take me the 3 blocks instead. We can have a nice visit while waiting for them to get around to doing x-rays on my head and then take me home again.
I already told the nurse that if they're looking for a brain in there, they might not find one. 
I keep forgetting what I'm doing until I wonder what I was supposed to be doing... Then I might do whatever it was or forget it again. That isn't normal for me. (They're afraid I may be bleeding in my brain.)
Pretty says the right side of my head has a large lump and bruising. I guess we'll see what's happening when they call with results.

@DaddyEvil I don't think I can make it that early. But you do need to get it checked. Probably should have already done that. Hope it's nothing serious.

We woke up to -4 degrees and snow showers. I am not happy that tomorrow we may get some ice, as that is not my favorite by any means. But it's supposed to be warmer very soon.
Stay warm and cozy, don't go out unless you have to. That's my plan!
