The mac and cheese is done for tomorrow

Everyone loves my macaroni and cheese. I hate to admit it but it is based off of a Paula Deen recipe that came with a baking dish of hers that I got from Kohl's with Kohl's cash years and years ago. I have modified it over the years to make it my own--no eggs, more shredded cheddar and sour cream, and Emeril's Essence seasoning. People have paid me to make it for their parties many times over the years. Now that I live alone I don't entertain like I used to and I haven't made it in several years. I had to sit down today and really think about how I make it. I got a couple of the steps backwards and only realized at the last minute that I had forgotten to add the dry mustard. Phew. Close call. Next up is the lemon pound cake. That one I make on the regular and have an actual recipe for so it will be fine. I hope.
