Everyone loves my macaroni and cheese. I hate to admit it but it is based off of a Paula Deen recipe that came with a baking dish of hers that I got from Kohl's with Kohl's cash years and years ago. I have modified it over the years to make it my own--no eggs, more shredded cheddar and sour cream, and Emeril's Essence seasoning. People have paid me to make it for their parties many times over the years.
Now that I live alone I don't entertain like I used to and I haven't made it in several years. I had to sit down today and really think about how I make it. I got a couple of the steps backwards and only realized at the last minute that I had forgotten to add the dry mustard. Phew. Close call.
Next up is the lemon pound cake. That one I make on the regular and have an actual recipe for so it will be fine. I hope.

Both mac’n’cheese and lemon cake are my favourites …..both excellent choices. Hope they were both enjoyed.
Here in the UK mac’n’cheese has found its way onto a lot of pub meal menu’s …..its become very popular.

I would definitely eat your macaroni cheese my friend.
You almost forget to add the mustard.
It does sound like a good recipe, but I will just stick to Yvonne doing her thing with it and use the full fat cheese and Dijon Mustard she uses.
I must post about it the next time Yvonne makes it
But I really would eat.yours
