Cheerios for breakfast. It reminds me of a story. When I was pregnant with my son many years ago I ate Cheerios for breakfast almost every day. After he was born and we were at the doc getting a check up..the doctor said "He. has a really strong heart, and will probably live to be 110." I always wondered if the Cheerios had anything to do with it. What did you have for breakfast?

Since you were eating Cheerios when pregnant I would hope that the health benefits applied to both of you. Hopefully you both live a long life.
Today for breakfast I had a Dannon light & fit yogurt, rye toast with peanut butter and grapes. Coffee of course

@snowy22315 I love rye bread/toast. I always feel as if I get a bigger sandwich with rye bread than sliced bread. Always looking for more bang for my buck as well as bigger portion for my calories

I am out of bacon but I was thinking of having eggs for supper. I don't do it very often

I love cheerios, mostly the Honey Nut ones or the Apple Cinnamon too. I had Cinnamon Life cereal. =)

I have never been fond of cold cereals. Not sure why. I do like granola, muesli, and shredded wheat, once in a blue moon, but that's it. Otherwise, I prefer hot cereals if I am going to have cereal.
All I have eaten today is some yogurt. Not very hungry yet. Trying to get my brain into cooking mode and plan some dinner for this evening.
