I miscounted yesterday. Teens are closer than the 20s in a countdown. March is less than 3 weeks away now.
I do need to wash the dishes sometime today. And as it's 34 at 10 this morning I hope to spend some time outside this afternoon. Hope I start seeing some grass. I miss that.

Nineteen days, as in the number of consecutive days we’ve had at least one inch of sn*w on the ground. That thankfully ended today.

I did the dishes this morning and laid out some beef but don't know what I want to do with it yet. I wish we had some pork... I'd like scrambled eggs with onions, garlic and pork cooked together. I'll just have to look in the cupboards and see what I can come up with to make for late lunch or dinner tonight.

One thing I noticed in the snow, was that I could see the daffodils popping up underneath it. Seemed funny, but I guess they have their time table.

We can see some grass now! And the sun is shining. We haven't had any sunshine in days and days here.
