Chicken with Lemon & Herb rice

I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast and just ate a hot turkey and cheese sandwich for late lunch. I laid down some Polish sausages to thaw in the fridge for dinner late tonight. I bought hotdog buns a couple of days ago and we'll make hotdogs with the Polish sausages. I like mine with ketchup and sweet pickle relish. I'll probably steam some veggies to go with the hotdogs.

@traceyjayne My wife is at a concert tonight in Belfast - Bay City Rollers tribute band (!!!) so me and the daughter had left overs that I froze a few days ago.

I'm trying to get through lots of the things in the freezer before the next lot arrives. So today I made lamb and gooseberry curry. It's very tasty, but our whole house smells of cooking spices now!

I like just about anything with lemon in it. I'm glad you took my advice and went for lemon and herb. (That's a joke). You'd probably already chosen and eaten before you saw my comment.
