Such a pretty day today. It's a bit on the cool side though still in the lower 30's. I just noticed with glee Culver's a delicious Midwestern food chain with high marks is coming to Richmond. Richmond is a real foodie town.with tons of great eateries..as well as grocery storesand they all seem to co exist together nicely. Does your area have good restaurants?

Basically a burger place, but also has delicious ice cream. It is just coming to VA now..don't know when it will be open

I would imagine it does. The shots of Milan they have been showing on the Olympics look absolutely beautiful.

We have a few nice restaurants but not very many.
Glad you're excited about Culvers coming to your area, Actually I've never heard of them.

I saw signs for them when I was in the Midwest, and they looked so good. I didn't run into any though.

Good Morning, and happy Friday the 13th!
It's awesome that a Culver's is coming to your area. We have one here where I live, and it's always crowded. I've eaten there a few times, and the food is good. The only problem is that it's on the opposite side of the city from where I live, so it's not often that I'm in that area where I can stop by and grab a delicious Culver's meal.

Well this one will be in the area where I like to hang out to shop and eat so it will be perfect for me. There is a Shake Shack there as well, pretty pricey though..if I am going to pay that much for a hamburger I would like it to be a real restaurant.

@snowy22315 I have heard good things about Shake Shack, but we don't have one here where I live. And it's great that you will be near the Culver's and will be able to eat there.

There are several Culver's nearby, plus they built a new one not far from me and opened it last fall. It's right off of the interstate, and it's always very busy. We do have access to decent restaurants, but of course the better they are, the pricier they are. Sadly I often hear of restaurants closing.

I went to Culvers a few times years ago when they first opened here. They're very good, but I can't afford their calories now.
