Time Slowed Down

It has been a few weeks since my time slowed down right after my last contract with my company, November 2025. Things had changed, and I needed time to grab the chance. I cannot even visit here for the time being. It was like I got tired of working since I started to work after graduating from my university.
At present, I moved to my younger sister's place and am planning to have a new start here. The downside is that I need to take excellent care of her offspring. It is because the nanny did not come back after the Christmas season. In this case, I have to step in and be the babysitter of my seven-year-old nephew for the meantime. Thus, my time slowed down to plan for a new start to my life.
Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying it. But then, I need to work soon and earn a living while I still can. My younger sister and I are still discussing the current situation.
Has your time slowed down lately, guys?

I've been wondering how you were doing lately, Shavkat. I'm glad you're taking some time off and helping your sister. Babysitting your nephew sounds like it could be a fun activity.
I remember taking a year off work when Pretty went away for college. I found plenty of things to do and made money on the side but didn't have a real job for that year. It was relaxing and the first time I hadn't really worked since I was 13 years old and started working to help mom pay the bills.
I've started falling lately so have to move slower and be more careful what I try to do. Pretty insisted I see a doctor about the falling episodes and was diagnosed with hydrocephalus... I have an appointment to see a specialist coming up.
It's always good to see you back on myLot.

@DaddyEvil I hope it will work. It sounds like having an appointment will take some time there.

@Shavkat Thank you. My appointment isn't until September, so I won't know for a while. Pretty said she'd call them back every week or two and see if somebody else canceled their appointment and we can get that timeslot. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't.

It has been running to three months of being jobless. Although I still have one job online, I cannot attend to teaching non-native speakers for now. In fact, I had checked my emails and saw the company's notification that it will be deactivated if I don't go to work sooner. Regardless, I do not want to stress myself about it because I am planning to work offline once things settle with my nephew.

Actually, kind of where I am at, but I am not really looking at in terms of money. I been watching these out back places how people live off the land. Sure, you still need some money, but how they cultivated the land to meet their needs is truly amazing.
I keep telling myself that is what I am going to do, then another bill rolls in. Well. once I get the money to pay off this bill.

I can relate to that scenario. As of this very moment, I do not have to worry about paying bills and the like. It is all paid by my younger sister. Of course, she needs my familial service to her offspring to be the personal babysitter. It is something new to do for me after I have been working for so many years. Slowing down is quite enjoyable, though.

Every weekend, I am not that busy with my nephew. So, I am here strolling around virtually. At some point, I am planning to restart my online selling. I do not have any ideas when I should do it. It is still in the process of planning, though.
