Have you seen the ads for the 'new' Walmart? They supposedly started it in 2025. They have a new layout, new upgrades on technology, and new delivery updates too.
I guess 650 stores has gone through this new initiative. New, modern, and faster. That's the way of the future. I wonder how much will be done with AI and how many people are losing their jobs?

I haven't been inside a Walmart for years. I do all my shopping online.

Same here. My daughter went once a couple of years ago but that's it. We used to use them to deliver our groceries. They kept making so many mistakes that I quit using them. I wonder if they are any better now.

@celticeagle They haven't made any mistakes with my orders; but they are out of stock on a couple of things here and there.

It's sad that people's job is being replaced by AI.

Soon there won't be any humans working in stores
They will get robots
It could already be happening

All I know is that when I take express delivery, I get my groceries delivered and it is not even noon time yet,
