Picnic

I haven't been on a picnic in a long time. I thought it would be nice to go soon and have one since our weather is so warm.
I'm positive that I have an old time picnic basket around here somewhere. I just need to find it and dust it off and add the food.
I wrote about this because I couldn't think of one single thing to write about, so I chose picnics.
How long has it been since you were on a picnic?

I'm not sure why we (people in general) don't go on more picnics. We might all be more happy as humans.

Oh, goodness. It has to be 10th grade. On the last day of school they would take all the kids to the park to play and eat lunch at the park. Our family reunions on my dad’s side sometimes have picnics, but I quit going because the temperatures in July here are routinely upper 100s, and my body can’t take that any more.
It sure sounds like fun on days like today. It’s 71 degrees today, and gorgeous.

I would stay home on those days also. Even the 80s can be too hot for me.

Our last picnic was last Summer. Unfortunately, we don’t have a proper picnic basket ….maybe one day ….but Summer picnics are amazing aren’t they. Do you go to the countryside or seaside ?
