Firefighters rescue a goose that was trapped in icy waters

Branford Professional Firefighter answered an emergency call on Monday when a goose who trapped in icy waters off Branford Point needed in Connecticut to be rescued before a tragic ending would happen.
Two firefighters from the fire department after being informed by a drone that the Canadian goose needed to be rescued.
Two firefighters put on special ice rescue suits and enter the icy conditions to rescue the goose who is currently being taken by veterinarians at the Dan Cosgrove Animal Center get medical treatment.

The goose was lucky to have been noticed in trouble, and it was good it was rescued, by the firefighters, doing an extra job here from putting out fires.
