What's for dinner? February 18

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I'm making baked ziti. The pasta is cooked. The bolognese and besciamella are out of the freezer. I have some fresh mozzarella to use along with the cooked penne rigate. We shall see how it turns out. I'm honestly not even hungry but I'll assemble and bake it tonight so at least I can take it to work for lunch tomorrow. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!
