Today I am seeing things in the news that leave me stymied. I just can't believe how idiotic and evil Trump is. He is saying that he feels for Andrew and the situation in Britain but for him he has been fully vindicated. LIAR! His name appears thousands of times. I wish the U.S. would do its job. Britain is, Brazil is, and even S. Korea. Ugh!
I guess they are going ahead with the ballroom. He is having the rubble dumped. in a local park. A park where he hopes to build a golf course. After he is out of office I hope they do away with all these golf courses.
Get a load of this folks: ICE officers start out at $48K- $51K and the ones with more experience make up to $142 K. They even get bonuses.
On a brighter note-- the weather here today is nice. It's 38F and we have blue skies.
We are going to eat out tonight. Not sure where. I just had an egg sandwich. It was delicious.

I saw that the ballroom plans were approved. Sigh. They are spending millions? billions? on paying these ICE officers.

They are good. Just add a little milk to an egg or two, whip them good and fry them up. As soon as they begin to brown sprinkle salt or pepper ( I like mine with a bit of pepper but many like salt) on them and put them on buttered bread. Quick, easy and delicious.

@celticeagle Yes, egg sandwiches are too easy to make. I prefer the egg salad sandwich recipe of my mom though. We would usually prepare it on Christmas Eve. It's a tradition she and I used to share.

Very concerning and also embarrassing that nothing is being done here about all of this. It's not like it's going to go away.
Our local police start out between $76,K-$80K, Police officers, law enforcement--they all make more than they used to, because so many areas have trouble keeping officers.

3 years is a long time when a authoritarian is in office. How much more damage can he do in that amount of time? Ugh! It's horrible to think about.
