Finally something different

Everytime I turn on the Olympics it is some kind of skating, or something I don't want to see like curling or hockey. I have not seen my fave ski jumping at all, but today I am now watching bob sledding which I like, and also they had cross country skiing that I didn't know until recently was an Olympic event. Anyway, it's fun to see things that are a bit more exciting. Skeleton is good too. I know most of you are probably not watching the games, but if you do what is your favorite event?

I liked the dual slalom a few days ago, but my favorite event has always been the skating. I was really glad to see an American win the gold medal for the ladies a few nights ago after a 20 year gold medal drought.
Bobsled is always fun though, and then there are athletes that I’ve heard of outside of their sports, like Chloe Kim, who snowboards. I watched for her over the sport, which is fun on its own.

I have not gotten to see any snowboarding. The games won't be on that much longer.

@snowy22315 - I agree, our silly Prince Albert of Monaco when was young represented his country in bobsled, he did in five Winter Olympic Games.

Ski jumping is amazing to me and how far they go. I like that and bob sledding too. I didn't watch too much of the Olympics and it's hard to believe it's already coming to a close.

They do, I would be scared out of my mind. Being a daredevil is not for me. I don't even like roller coasters that go too fast..or jumping off a diving board, although I used to do that as a kid.
