I just found a chocolate eclair cake that I had forgotten about …..

We usually go round Moms for a takeaway on a Friday evening, but due to problems with The Misters van, a crash on the motorway and him not getting home til late we had something to eat at home. Mom usually buys some chocolate eclair cakes for us to have after our meal on Friday, but because we didn’t go we hadn’t had them. Yesturday we went for our Sunday lunch and she sent the eclairs home with us. The Mister put things in the fridge whilst I got on making the regular mountain of sandwiches for the week, so it was only a few minutes ago, when I went to get my sandwiches from the fridge for lunch that I spotted the eclairs ….im having mine later when I have a coffee. Lovely surprise…..
