What a busy day!

I woke up earlier as I usually wake up every morning because we had a visitor at 11 a.m. After lunch I had a video chat with my nephew who is working in Saudi.
I finally offer my small land to him for sale. He built his house on my lot in the Philippines years ago. Since my son is not interested to have it and my hubby and I are staying for good in Germany for health reasons, so I am selling. My nephew can pay the lot in instalment bases. Payable within 3-4 years.
After the video chat, I drunk my mug of creamy tea before I cleaned the stairs. It was my turn to clean the stairs.
My best friend invited me to go walking in the woods but I declined for I didn’t have time. Maybe we will go tomorrow.
The photo was taken the other day when my friend and I were walking at the Rhine.

That is a nice photo. I wish we had a river close by that I could go walking around. I like the sound of running water. It calms the thoughts and is always nice to watch.
I'm sure your nephew is happy with the purchase of the land. 
I prefer to have somebody walking with me, just in case I have a problem while out walking. My daughter always wants to walk at night but I can't see well after dark and hate walking when I can't see things I might trip over.
I spent most of the day yesterday cleaning house. There were a lot of things that we don't clean often that needed to be cleaned before anyone else came into the house. My daughter never had to clean house because I always did the cleaning and I don't usually feel like cleaning anymore.

I can't walk far or fast, but can still drive a car as long as it is daylight outside.

I like the sound of the running water, too. That’s why it is mostly the lake or the river I go to.
Yes, he is happy about the purchase although it is not final yet.
I am the one who keeps on cleaning the house but I do it every day. I have to accompany my husband anywhere as he can’t walk far. He can still drive a car but can’t walk so far.

I was very busy,too. But we are going to have two holidays- tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. It is because of Holi, the festival of colours.

I’m glad your land will go to a relative.
I had a stressful day trying to reach my doctor, which I finally did, and then I went to the pharmacy. Now, I’m just trying to make my blood pressure go down from the aggravation.

Yes, it is @AmbiePam. I am glad too as in that land I spend my childhood years just like the mother of my nephew.
I hope your blood pressure is good now. Since December, I have blood pressure maintenance and I don’t even know why I have high blood pressure. I used to have low blood pressure.

Away to another town on motorbike business again
Got home at 3pm
Enough is enough, been relaxing ever since and now I have to go and cook out dinner
