What are you up to on this sunny and pleasant Saturday?

It looks like it's going to be another sunny and pleasant day here in Northern California. I have six music students this morning, and then I have the rest of the day off. I have a new possible piano student who could prove to be really interesting. He is a college student, and a bit of a math nerd, like me. We spent part of yesterday's "trial lesson" discussing the mathematics of music. Heh. Remind me to write more about him. How is your Saturday shaping up? Anything special planned?

I'm glad it's going to be nice there today. I hope your new student is fun for you, too. I've been watching a clear blue sky pile up with clouds this morning. (I went outside and walked in the yard and saw new clover growing from the seeds Pretty broadcast last week. The rain today should help them grow.) We have a slight chance of rain this morning and then a 90% chance of storms this afternoon. I know we need the rain but I was really hoping we'd get several days of gentle rain instead of storms. Other than that, I'm just watching some YouTubers playing video games.

@TheHorse Me, too, although we've bought enough to do our yard and the neighbor's yard, too. We still have plenty to re-seed if necessary.

I got a pedicure with my stepmom and ate lunch with my dad for a birthday treat since they’ll be gone tomorrow on my actual birthday. I’m glad to hear you have a new student that interests you so much.

Quite a hectic day for you. I had some traveling in the car in the morning and afternoon. Then some call and extended official work in the evening with a colleague. Later I have been watching a lot of YT videos about the latest conflagration in the Middle East. Massive attack on Iran and massive retaliation by them across a lot of Middle East countries.
