Sunday Night Supper
So I cooked a meal earlier on for Yvonne and I
I made Chicken Fried Rice with Bamboo Shoots and Peas.
It was quite easy to do.
So I did it.
Yvonne said it was good. And I had to agree it was really good.
I thought I had beansprouts in the cupboard bit I didn't.
Anyway
Here is a picture of what I cooked
What did you eat today?

I finished a few things from last night’s restaurant. It was eggplant Napoleon and milk fed veal chop. I also had bulgur with sautéed garlic. And marinated green tomato on the side.

Milk fed veal chop
Is that a bit of meat from a calf which grew up with it's mother allegedly
Most calves do spend time with their mother - at least they did 50 years ago when we lived on dairy farms

It's great when we eat something which is better than we thought that it would be.
Doesn't happen very often these days

We haven't got space in our kitchen for a rotisserie,
If we did, I would have one
And probably use it a lot

Omg Just that's really quite sad..
I would have been gutted.
In tears
Very upset at the thought of having to spend money to replace it all.
Lucky right enough it was bin day.
I can only imagine what it would have been like in a weeks time

I love Chinese food for the most part. Yesterday for lunch I had chicken patties, broccoli, tater tots and yogurt.
