Do you still wear a smartwatch?

I still have one, but haven't worn it for awhile. I guess it doesn't seem too practical. I prefer to take calls on my regular phone instead of the smartphone. I like you can easily check your BP, but I don't know how accurate is, if you still wear a smartphone, what do you like about it?

A smartwatch? No, I have one of those “smart rings”. Of course, it doesn’t take calls, but it keeps track of all my vitals, the sleep I get, and so on.

@snowy22315 I do like it. I’m not too comfortable with a watch, but just a ring doesn’t bother me.

I use the phone for my steps. My Sphone was never accurate in terms of sleep. A bit better with BP.

@snowy22315 My phone is only good if I am carrying it in my hand.

I have a smart watch. I use it and wear it everyday. It helps a lot with the hand's free thing. Especially when I'm in a store and don't have my earbuds with me. I can reject phone calls, or check if a notification is important. I have vibrations set up if I need them, and only the important notifications go to my watch. All others are off.

I rarely use my Apple Watch coz I get lazy charing them. Though once in awhile when I have to exercise I wear it. It counts my steps, monitor my sleep. I have trouble sleeping especially deep sleeping and my watch tells me how many hours of deep sleep I get. It has an ECG and I know it's accurate coz my friend who has a heart condition was prescribed by his Cardiologist one and he would send his ECG from his watch to his doctor.

I might use mine more if I was confident in its accuracy.

I do wear a smartwatch. I don't tend to take calls on it. But I do like to use to keep track of my steps, sleep and things like that. It can come in handy to check the time when I don't have my phone with me.

Personally I have never owned a smart watch. They look uncomfortable to me. I certainly would not wear it to bed, I do not wear my regular watch to bed, I don't like anything obstructing my blood flow, and watch bands can cut into our arms at times.
