16 days until spring. The temperatures will be warming up; and it looks like the really brutally cold weather may be over!!
Cousin #2's cousin is still in the hospital. So is our beloved member @NJChicaa.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Steak (chewy, yuck!) and rice stir fry, mixed veggies, peas, applesauce
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie, low salt nuts
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, tortilla chips, Bing cherries

I made crockpot spaghetti with Italian sausage. It was very good of course.

I couldn't eat before we went to my doctor appointment yesterday so, after we got home, I microwaved one of the sausage, egg and cheese croissant and at that for breakfast. The pharmacy delivered my new medication so, following the instructions on the bottle, I took one and intended taking another one when I took my evening meds. Only something made me very sick for a while last night. The only thing that was different was the new medication.
I'll take one this morning and eat breakfast but if I get sick again, We'll call the doctor and tell her they're upsetting my stomach.
I didn't eat anything else yesterday. My stomach is still roiling this morning.

I hope that your cousin's relative will be well enough to be released from the hospital.
I hope that NJ feels better soon, gets a diagnosis and can be freed as well, my thoughts are with her.
Yesterday I had some fruit and yogurt for lunch and 2 meatballs, some peas and a bit of dill pickle for supper.
