These should be easy - less pieces and bigger pieces

The photo shows my next two jigsaws. They are only 500 pieces each and the pieces are actually a bit bigger than the ones I’ve been doing lately. However, the jigsaws themselves look a bit tricky. We shall see I guess. I’m not sure how I’ll start tackling these. Maybe just working from the edges inwards. I like that there is a print of each puzzle.

I like a lot the upper photo, it remind me the city of Colmar (near Strasbourg in France).

It's a pretty scene. I don't think we went to Colmar.

I met someone from the village the other day who has a big collection and has offered to lend me some.

It doesn't look very easy to me, but I am not much of a puzzler.

The pieces are bigger which will be a blessing. It can make quite a difference.

Fair enough. Do you have any sit-down hobbies or just like getting out on your bike? Are you still planning a cycling holiday on the continent? It's all a bit scary at the moment. It's hard to predict the ramifications of all the turmoil.

@Ronrybs My Mum could draw really well but never had the opportunity to go on with it. She enjoyed china painting in later life. I'm pretty hopeless at art.

@JudyEv I have a few home bound hobbies. I've been tryingn to get back into watercolour painting. Not been on any biking trips lately, so that is something else I must get back to

I really admire your patience when it comes to finishing jigsaw puzzles. I don’t think I have that kind of patience. I’d probably complete a few and then get tired of it already.

@JudyEv For quite awhile, I enjoyed doing these stickers before I lost interest lol. The brown one, the bakery is unfinished. Right now, though I can’t really call it a hobby, but I find purpose and sense of fulfillment creating inspirational motivational content for my yt channel. Tomorrow is my 1st year anniv. At least after a year, im still enjoying making content for my channel and haven’t lost interest yet hahaha....

The lower picture looks quite hard with so many little windows.

The top picture looks like it might be a bit easier but the bottom one looks way more complicated. Enjoy your puzzle adventures I still haven't gotten around to starting the one I got for Christmas

Just having bigger pieces will help. The bottom one doesn't have a lot of variation in colour.

Don't you do them any more? I guess perhaps you're too busy.
