Wow, beautiful day

So, we are finally getting paid back for that horrible weather. It has been in the mid 70's today, and will be approaching 80 this weekend and probably over next week. It is almost too warm. However, once we get through all this warm stuff it will be in the 50's the rest of the month, where it should be. I did my steps in with shorts and a T shirt on. I went to the grocery store and got a 4.59 bag of crackers for free. It was so warm I got frozen yogurt. There was a big sale on one of my favorite ice creams, but I resisted. I knew if I had it, I would be gobbling it down. Have you resisted any temptations lately?

Unfortunately, I haven’t resisted any temptations recently. I should not be relaxing on the lanai with a gin and tonic right now, but after the crazy day I had, I think it’s well deserved.

I resisted the temptation to take my dog to my dad’s while he was gone. I wanted to let my dog run around outside in his backyard while I did laundry, but he specifically told me unless a tornado warning has been issued to keep my dog away from his house. They’ve been gone all week, and I’ve resisted the temptation to let her go over and run around (the backyard).

@snowy22315 I have a feeling Diana is worried about the new couches she bought. They are under the impression my last sofa got torn up because Sadie dug into it. My sofa got torn up because it was a cheap sofa. She isn’t a scratcher or a digger.

@snowy22315 I've had mine for several years, and I will turn it on when I am working and it does brighten the room, but also my mood. They are worth it to try out.

I did get some chocolate, but it is dark 70 percent chocolate not the kind I would overeat.

I have to resist ordering jelly beans every week with my grocery order. I can gobble down a bag in record time.
