Imagination is needed when we buy online.

Hello dear friends. I haven´t been around because I have had many things to do. I went to the eye doctor and came out with two prescriptions. One for lenses (one pair for reading and another for watching TV) and a prescription for 2 eye drops that only King Charles of England has enough money to buy. As the drops were for allergy, I decided that I´d use my father´s handkerchiefs when tears started to fall instead of buying said drops. After I came back from the doctor I ordered groceries. And it seems that as now we are in summer, the supermarket has hired new shoppers that know nothing. Among the food that I did not order were some giant mushrooms instead of the normal ones I wanted. And they also changed the cheese I wanted for blue cheese. I do like blue cheese but in this moment I had no idea what to do with it. So I had to use my imagination. I put away the stems to use in a chicken mushroom sauce and filled thehole of the mushrooms with blue cheese and butter. I placed them one by one in foil and sent them to the oven. They were delicious! 3 mushrooms were enough for a lunch. Later on I´ll make a banana split as ice cream was on sale if you bought 2 packages. For diner I´ll bake a piece of trout with a small potato and I´ll use the lettuce that Anita washed yesterday to fix a green salad. How are you all doing?
