The photo was taken by Vince and shows the view from the Optus Stadium room where we enjoyed a meal and entertainment on Saturday. The Matagarup pedestrian suspension bridge is relatively new, having been opened on 14 July, 2018.
Prior to the opening, hundreds of volunteers were invited to walk across the bridge, allowing engineers to assess any movement and to tune the ‘mass damper’ on the bridge to minimise vibrations. Its Nyungar (aboriginal) name means "place where the river is only leg deep, allowing it to be crossed".
According to individual opinion, the shape may resemble two flying swans, with the arches representing wishbones, a dolphin, the Wagyl serpent or a ribbon. Multicolour LED lighting covers the bridge which also has zip-lining facilities and an elevated viewing platform accessed by stairs.
It certainly looked very beautiful at night.

I agree, it does look beautiful... Of course, that could be because Vince took the photo, too.

It really does look very beautiful Judy
Maybe the council in Perth here could build a fine bridge like that and make our Perth a bit more colourful
