I Sent For Some Movies

I have been wanting to watch a couple movies and can't find them on any apps so I decided to order some from my favorite website. I really enjoy vintage movies from the mid 30s up to the 60s. I ordered The Thin Man series from the 40s, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (one of only a very few musicals I enjoy and has Julie Newmar in it who was Cat Woman and the name's sake in: To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything Julie Newmar), and last but not least-- the Tammy trilogy. I have been wanting to watch two of the three for quite a while now. Such a cute story. The Thin Man has four in the series. It stars William Powell and Myrna Loy. They did 14 movies together between 1934 and 1947. They have such fun acting together. He plays a retired detective and she is wealthy heiress. Oh, and we can't forget their dog, Asta. He's a cute terrier. The real dog was named Skippy, and he made $250 a week which was a lot back then. The rest I will tell you about in other posts.
