For this salad.
I just mixed what I got here in my kitchen.
I saw some leftover nacho chips.
I got one hard boiled left from what I cooked yesterday.
I opened one can tuna in water.
I saw a head of lettuce.
I put them together, put some cheese and cheese sauce.
This is my late lunch today.
What's for dinner/lunch/breakfast?

I love salads like that where you can just throw stuff together and it's really good.
Lately I've been hooked on Caesar salad and eating it a few times a week (mostly with chicken)

Sounds like it could be a tasty mish mash.

Except for the tuna, that sounds fine.
I don't think I've eaten anything since I had pork roast, potatoes and onions cooked with the pork at late lunch time. (About 5 pm here. It's 12:20 am now.)

@rakski It was delicious! There was way more than Pretty and I could eat. We had another meal out of it and I froze the rest.

These are one of the creations of a mom who is good with cooking. My mom also do that especially when she has nothing to do. Lol! And the taste is very fantastic.

I would call it tuna nachos!
I love nachos, especially beef nachos.

Some of the best and tastiest meals are those that you just create as you go along. Sounds delicious.

For dinner, I had chicken noodle soup. Nothing really sounded tasty.
It was so good and filling
