Good morning 3/13 / myLot

Back to winter last night it was only 27 degrees. And next week is definitely wintery when we are supposed to be rolling into spring. Anyway, woke up with a slight headache this morning. That was a bit concerning, but my BP wasn't elevated last night .not sure what caused it..although one thing was my head might have been slightly off the bed last night..and if it was hanging off the mattress..it could have created an issue. Oh well, better this morning..no aspirin required. Have a great day!

It was very cold, only 27 F is really cold for March. My neck hurts this morning, but I woke up in a weird position.

I hate it when you sleep wrong. A kink in your neck can throw your whole day off. Maybe a hot shower will help.

@snowy22315 - I took a hot shower first thing this morning. Now I have a warm pad on my neck, it feels better.

@LadyDuck That's good. Guess what happened to me one time..? It was the night before Thanksgiving and I was cooking for 4 or 5 people. I slept wrong..and was really crippled up. It was so bad I called the nurse helpline. They basically told me to wait it out..but it was torture having to do all that when All I wanted to do was rest with a hot water bottle or something.

I sometimes wake with a headache but it rarely lasts long. Because I have trouble swallowing tablets, I don't usually take anything and it goes away itself.
