Rolled Ice Cream.

This is one delicious dessert.
The liquid base is stir fried to a very cold pan and mixed with real fruits or flavor of your choice. We choose strawberry. They mixed it until it solidifies an d then scrap it to roll. It is really good.

I have never tried that kind of desert Raquel but that really does look good and I would quite happily eat it all up

To be honest
Desserts here are not the best Raquel.
Things just aren't made.the.same here anymore.

Here, Keventers brand and a few more sell such Desserts.
This one is quite tasty.
Of course, one should not think of health too much when eating this !

I don't think this is a unique dessert, but I love having this when I crave something sweet and bitter. It's Affogato.
