Still Gusting Wind

And the temperature is steadily dropping. It's 35 right now and supposed to drop to around 19 tonight. I didn't unplug the heat lamp to the kittens so I don't have to remember that. They were not under it this morning but probably will be this afternoon.
Nothing exciting here today. I will get more down in the 2 rooms today. Those are almost finished. I need to wash some dishes too. That's about all of the excitement I can handle

Those winds are heading my way later this afternoon. The forecast sounds ominous with the winds, thunderstorms and tornado warnings.

We apparently had more power outages with the gradient winds all day yesterday than we did when the severe weather moved through. Thankfully they were on it quickly, and there are less than 3,000 people without power in the city. Given that we have a wind chill in the teens, that’s especially important!

I think there was more here too. Ours was fine. But there was about 10,000 still without yesterday evening according to the news. That might have increased today
