I agree with Readers Digest and laughter is the best medicine. My daughter and my grandson and were all together talking the other night and we just got so silly. I started laughing which made them laugh, and we all three had a grand wholehearted laugh that lasted for several minutes. One of those where you get started and just can't stop. It felt so good. I enjoy laughing so much. If I am truly bummed about something or feeling too much anxiety I will listen to about 20 minutes of either George Carlin, Robin Williams, or Shelly Berman. Then life is okay again. What or who makes you laugh?

Classic comedy from The Three Stooges, Svengoolie, and I Love Lucy jokes make me laugh a lot.

Donald Trump makes me laugh. I never ever ever thought that the leader of the free world could be such an ignorant misonformed egotistical clown. Laughworthy or what?

Laughter certainly is the best medicine and I love those spontaneous giggle sessions. It's certainly good for the soul,
