I'm *almost* done with the disability paperwork

This has been a long project. I sat down to upload the documents to the portal and wouldn't you know they are formatted as Word documents and the insurance company doesn't accept those.
I called my ex to see what I should do. I try not to call him when he is at work but I really didn't know what to do and was about to have a meltdown. He immediately said to just send everything to him and he would convert it all into PDFs. It took him fewer than 5 minutes to do that and send them back. Phew.
He truly has been a lifesaver over the past few weeks--from the moment I was admitted to the ER to just now with the Word documents. I am going to have to put some serious thought into a thank you gift for him. For now, though, I've got documents to upload.

I'm glad he was able to help you with them.
When I'm handed white paper document to fill out, I can't read black printing on white paper anymore. The white paper makes a glare I can't focus on so I hand everything to Pretty and she fills it all out. (myLot hurts my eyes but it isn't as white as typing paper.)

I’m so glad he helped you with it. Medical paperwork can be a huge pain!
