I was about to ask you what fruit is inside and then I looked at the picture and noticed it is not a fruit pie. Is it steak and kidneys or steak and kidney beans?

Steak and Kidney
No beans.
In my next post I think I have a photo with the tins open

@Ineeddentures so it’s actually kidneys or does kidney refer to something else?

@Ineeddentures - Long shelf life means a lot of preservatives.

@Ineeddentures Ours usually have a cardboard lid covering them and are in a box. They are usually frozen when we buy them

Aye we get those as well
These are different
Unbaked pastry top
On top of steak and kidney filling
Locked in a closed tin
Bakes in about 20 minutes with lid removed
Impossible to remove from tin properly so never looks like if does when baked

I just explained the difference to Eva.
Not really but a little
These are an unnamed pie , pastry top, steak and kidney filling, unbaked
Remove lid with can opener and bake for about 20 minutes
