Are You Left-Handed or Right-Handed?

Every now and then during lunch, we cooked together at the office. One time, while I was chopping some spices, a colleague suddenly said "I didn't know you were a left-handed."
I smiled and replied, "No, I'm not."
He pointed at my hand clearly confused.
So I joked, I can multitask. But there was some truth to it.
I used my right hand for writing, eating and holding things but I often use my left hand for chopping, slicing and doing heavier tasks except for writing.
So I asked, Why? Don't you ever use your left hand for certain things because it feels more comfortable?
He said, No.
Thats surprise me because mostly people I know can use both hands depending on the situation.
I'm curious about you because since childhood we often label as right-handed or left-handed.
Are you strictly a left-handed or a right-handed? or which hand is more dominant?

Right, Left and Far Left
I am deformed.
I can use all 3

I'm right-handed but can use either hand to write with.
That's a funny story. I practiced writing with my left hand in school because writing with my left was crap and I wanted to use either hand for some tasks.

@DaddyEvil I may be joking but it's true
Back when I was in my senior years in high school with our physically education we are taught a Filipino martial art for self defense it's called "ARNIS"
We are using a rattan stick and most of the time I'm comfortable using my left hand for striking.

I’m right handed. Back in the day people thought left handed people were apt to be criminals. When I heard that as a child, I wondered if it were true because I had a terrible awful uncle I thought was one step from a life of crime. Of course, that’s an old wives tale, but my uncle made me wonder!

I’m right-handed, so that’s my dominant hand for most things. But I can write with my left, though my handwriting still looks better when I use my right hand.

My mom kept placing my spoon or fork into my right hand but I took it with the left. As a result, I became right-handed, but I can also write and do some other things with my left hand.

You’re quite ambidextrous, I believe. I’m right-handed, and I can only use my left hand to carry a few things. Hehe
