When the health care system is not that good and you need a solution, you act on the problem.
And that is what we did. We tried our best to find the best option and solution for my FIL's medical issues. The journey is exhausting, filled with constant hospital visits, consultations, and difficult decisions. We went from one doctor to another, from one hospital to another, hoping to find answers, weighing every recommendation, and considering what would be best for his condition and our resources.
There were moments of confusion and a lot of frustration, different opinions, unexpected costs, and the uncertainty of what lies ahead. Each step felt heavy, especially knowing that time and health are both fragile. Still, we kept going, asking questions, seeking second opinions, and holding on to the hope that we would find the right path for his treatment.
It hasn’t been easy, whether physically, emotionally, or more so financially. But we continue to push forward. When it comes to family, you do what you have to do, no matter how challenging it gets.

Exactly! I'm glad he's got all of you to lean on... It sounds complicated and expensive.

I hope that there's a treatment for your father-in-law. I can honestly say I understand as I had to deal with some similar situations with my mom.

Yes, a patient and their family has to be vigilant and assertive for the best interest of the patient
