Into the Weeds on Friday March 20th 2026

It's 80 degrees out at 3p. It just seemed to jump into more summery weather than even spring. But does that mean it's going to get extra hot this summer? Ugh! Our friend here in the complex that has been here near as long as we have is moving this summer sometime. It will be a bummer to lose her here. I hope she will be happy where she's going. I've been listening to victorian era romance stories narrated by an English men with a great voice. They help me get to sleep. I'm really enjoying them. YouTube has so much to offer.

It is 90F in my part of Missouri this afternoon and supposed to reach 94F tomorrow. We seem to be under a "heat dome" like we were part of the summer last year. It's supposed to last three days this time with each day slightly warmer. On Monday, the high is supposed to reach 60F. That will be so nice!
