I've Lost 15 Pounds in 13 Weeks

That's an average of 1.15 pounds per week, which is quite good actually. I hadn't mentioned anything until I reached a good number, like 15 pounds lost. I still have more to go, but it's a marathon, not a sprint. I feel confident that I can lose as much as I need to. How's your weight going? I know several of you like @FourWalls have done EXCELLENT jobs getting healthier and skinnier. Oh, and the weight loss and giving up chocolate has significantly improved my blood sugar as well.

Every year we do have annual physical exam and I was told to lose weight of 4.41 pounds but I keep adding instead of losing some weight. I'm still out of descipline.

I try to gain weight as much as I can. My entire life, gaining weight is such a struggle for me. So I'm always happy when I'm gaining weight.

That’s fantastic! I lost 13 pounds in the past month, and I am very excited. I had been stuck on a loss of 47 pounds, and then I increased my protein. I guess my doctor was right, and when I came back to the doctor one month later 13 pounds were gone. Shocked me. I’m so glad for you!

Wished I could do that. But I'm not that dedicated. I do my best though by eating fruits and vegetable viand when there's available.

@looeyville Now I’m depressed. I want/need to lose 10 kilos to be at what I consider to be a healthy weight - not going to happen when there are so many cheeses I’ve yet to try.

My weight is around 280 pounds for now. I am doing what I can to eat less food.
