Hello everyone. I hope your day has been going well. It is 39 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. This is supposed to be a cold week with days mostly in the 40s. Ugh.
Today was a busy one. I had counseling. I attended a Reiki session. I read for awhile. It doesn't sound like much but it was a lot. The reading also involved writing/reflecting. Tomorrow will also be somewhat busy.
Management sent out a letter to all of the residents in the complex stating that there have been complaints about cigarette and marijuana smoke on stairwells and seeping into neighbors' apartments. I can honestly say that I didn't complain. I haven't bothered to do so in like 2 years. I'm sure the neighbors think that it was me though. I could care less.
What's everyone else up to tonight?

We spent a good portion of the day on the son's appointment and hopefully the last IV for awhile. We were both tired when we got home, so he napped and so did I. So, so glad to be home.
I am sure that you are not the only one who hates the smoking right outside your apartment, I am glad to hear someone else complained.

You and other tenants shouldn’t have to put up with that smoke, and hopefully that will make some kind of difference. Tell me about Reiki when you get a chance.
We have some 90 degree days this week, but then one night it’s supposed to drop into the 30s.
I go to the ER tomorrow, finally. Wish me luck! I can’t take this nonsense anymore.
