Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 73 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 78. WOOHOO!
This morning was quiet for the most part. I am about to head to the meditation with singing bowls. 
I am surprised that I like it so much. I usually struggle to calm my mind.
No big plans for the rest of the day other than trying to get the freaking disability people to call me back. 
I left messages for 2 women saying that they could call my "husband" (ex) to discuss the matters with him. This has to be resolved soon before I stroke out.
What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

@MarieCoyle I finally heard from him, Marie. He called in my medication, and he said my insurance now covers 6 physical therapy sessions a year. So, he’s sending a referral out so I can have those sessions for my back.

I am sorry that you have the stress of dealing with the disability people. It’s not easy or fun at all. Glad to hear that you like the singing bowls. If they really help people deal with stress, that’s wonderful.
We are supposed to get very warm here shortly, like 85 degrees!! In central Illinois in March this is unheard of! Then by like 5 PM we will be in the 40’s. Insane weather. Then tonight is supposed to be wild with storms, big hail and crazy winds. It’s never boring around here!

Though the time is currently 6:48PM but my afternoon was rather stressful. We had a meeting in church that lasted longer than expected and we had to clean up as well which too more time and energy from me, after coming home i had to assist in the cooking which ended up draining me more i did not even realize when i passed out sleeping in bed lol.
