A One Letter Name

So I recently read @JudyEv discussion about someone's surname "Pink" and it made me remember someone I encounter with a one letter name.
It's amusing how someone could have a one letter name but it did give me a hard time explaining. Lol!
It happened to be a customer that I really needed to maintain in the system CRMS, her name is "O". I keep checking over if it is already approved but two days gone by it is not. So I had no choice but call our customer service requesting for approval to maintain.
The customer service said they didn't approve it as it seems there's an error to what I have entry. I recheck but I didn't see any error. So I asked, what error you are referring to?
You wrongly entry the middle name and there's no name you have entry. Just by telling middle name I finally get it.
End up explaining
Sir, her name is letter "O" as in "O" no other letters involve. Just "O"
The customer service repeated, you mean a letter O? are you sure? what a unique name.
Sir, it's definitely "O", I will send to you her ID for you to verify it and process my request for approval to maintain.
And finally it has been approved.
PS. The customer only has name and surname no middle name.
Photo was snap after harvesting a guava from a long time ago. Added stickers for fun.

@Ineeddentures Jim, do you remember the film "Histoire d'O" with Corinne Cléry? May be that person got the idea from that adult movie.

That's really funny but I can understand the problem you had making that plain for other people.

@Jehanne
Maybe her parents wanted her to be different. There are a lot of people in the US who do that. They purposely misspell the name of their kid but still pronounce it like the spelling is right just so their kid is "different".
