My knee hurts

It's been two days and still hurts. I was probably too tired from three of the four dogs. While going home from shopping for their food I lost my foot balance and tripped. But I slowly got up and still went to buy my food. I had used both hydrogen peroxide and betadine repeatedly to treat the wound. Luckily, when it happened, no one was laughing and someone even offered to help. Have a nice day

that's not something laughable except if you are someone's siblings that sure they might laugh. Lol! Hope your wound get healed soon.
