I’m sitting outside in the sun and fresh air. It’s about 50 degrees Fahrenheit
My street is quiet and recently and there’s a gentle breeze making the sun from being too hot
I enjoy this time so much. It’s good for my brain and depression. I’ll probably take a walk later

I have heard it is also good for your bone health as well. All kinds of benefits. I am glad you are enjoying it.

Glad you are enjoying some outside time. We ahve had a really brisk and nasty wind since last night and too windy for me to even stand outside. I hope you have a good start to the new week,

A nice weather is great for our mental health. Being outside, watching the greens and breathing fresh air, do the same thing.

If you lived a little closer, I'd go walking with you. I just have to slather on sunblock before I can be out in the sun.

Walking is good for depression also
Just being in the fresh air is medicine itself for many things
