Whew, much better this month

Last month my prepaid phone plan decided my account was invalid. I am sure I was past fill date but it was confusing because it kept saying I had tons of carryover, which I did not.
It took 2 1/2 hours on the phone with a call center service person who helped me in his way.
They have updated their service support plan evidently. The same thing happened this month. I was told my account was invalid. I tried app options and online self service to no avail.
I called the help line, spoke with an AI helper, and was getting the run around for a moment, then we began to speak the same terms. Supposedly my phone is reloaded. My only problem is always my data, because I have inexhaustible talk and text from over the years that has carried over.
All in all it took about five minutes. I am pleased. I think. I will know tomorrow when I try to clock in on my phone.

When I changed my bank card, I had an issue with mine. All seems well now though knock on wood.

When mine expired, I did get denied once but fixed that by getting a new one.

Yeah, Walmart was switching over to using AI to help customers with their phones when I left there almost five years ago. Sometimes AI is good help and sometimes it doesn't understand so gives you confusing information.

I completely understand having prepaid plans, but I don't think some of these things are worth the trouble. Or maybe they try to make is so frustrating that you'll switch to a more expensive plan.

So much time can be wasted sometimes when we try to get help on the phone.
