This is the worst country for changing your first name

That is how i feel. I've been discriminated several times during my life because of my name, didn't get an explanation from my parents, rather mother for my name and i changed it in November of last year. Place where i've changed it said everything will change in the main system but they didn't provide a clear answer about my college diplomas. I changed my mind the first time and for a second time, i decided to change my name.
In real life, old name is still following me. Going to a new doctor or dentist,to health insurance,it's there and they are mentioning the old name and i have to explain it all. College will charge me a lot of fees for my new name and i don't have enough money while other college refuses to make me a new diploma, saying i already passed the program.
Nonsense but a real one. For applying on a job ad, i have to include an official decision of changing my name cause my college diplomas have my old name on it. According to law, i had to make a new id, a bank forced me to make a new bank card, which they charged me and i wonder, what did they do for me. This country and all.
An electricity provider changed the name on my bills but while sending me a notice by post, they kept the old name and someone refuses to change it without me filling out the form.
It's just the name, my face is the same but i'm having it harder with the new name. I really sometimes despise this country's policies, as an average person who really wants to live in peace, nothing else and wants to forget an old name and not be reminded about it.
P.s. The latest update is an electricity provider said they will change my name.

When I got married I took on my husband’s last name. That meant I had to change my name on my social security card, my American passport, and my driver’s license. And then I had to update my bank cards, and my credit cards. And I had to update my name in other places. That was annoying to do. When I think about changing my last name back to my maiden name after I finally get divorced from my husband that is not something I do not want to deal with. At the same time, I don’t want to be stuck with his last name either.

did someone advise you or instruct you? it's awful how so many things we have to do on our own and yes, women have it more difficult. if i ever get marry, which isn't in the stars or might never happen, i think i won't change my last name. sorry for your struggles as well

@valherma00 I do not want his last name to haunt me for the rest of my life. So when we finally divorce, at some point I will have to change my last name back to my maiden name. It is a tedious process.

@lovebuglena it's a process that makes no sense and since majority of earth citizens are women, it's so sad how come they don't see things in our way. also, one battle won, an electricity provider decided to change my name.

it's also lunatic behaviour that they changed my name on the bills but are declining to change it in their other areas, making me a bad guy and feeling like i'm sensitive while they are not well-mannered and illogical. pure bureaucracy. and, you're right, i don't feel good filling out forms and this electricity provider is the only one which didn't accept my new id and official decision of changing my name.

annoying, unpleasant and all. i wonder the same about using my old name and then they are making me to write and kind of fight with them via email. it doesn't make any sense. if all my other providers accepted official decision of changing my name and my new id, why this provider is being this rude; i i even sent inquiry to the police, complaining how noone instructed me before changing my name and this recent situation but everyone's on the holiday already, i feel, due to easter or they are too lazy to answer.
