Good evening. It's been a wonderful day today. Many of you know I love to swim and it's been a long time since I was in the pool. Today changed all that. My neighbor asked if I wanted to go swimming. I was saying yes before she finished asking me. So, I had a wonderful time in the pool today. It also showed me how depleted my energy is since I had COVID at the end of last year and the beginning of this year. I couldn't do as much as I used to do, lap wise, not by a long margin, but it's a start. I did spend 40 minutes in the pool, four double laps and the rest water walking. It was still a good time in the pool. I also got work done on two manuscripts today - Thread of Evidence and New Horizons - Predators and Terrorists.
