I love coffee, as in anything to do with coffee.
But do you know the effects of coffee on the body?
It is rich in antioxidants, boosts energy, can improve focus and increase metabolism as well.
On the other hand, for some it can cause jitters, increase heartbeat or palpitations, it may cause increase acidity in stomach, diuresis or anxiety.
But do you know that it weakens the urinary bladder sphincter or the bladder muscle that holds our urine? This leads to urinary incontinence in the long run.
All the above effects, I knew it by heart except for the weakening of the sphincter muscle. This is something to think about for sure.

@rakski I do not think so, all Italians drink coffee from a very young age and I never heard of anyone having that kind of problems. That said, we all know that coffee is diuretic, so it increases the urine production. This is not at all dangerous. May be there is a shortage of coffee and they are coming out with those ridiculous warnings.
