I had three freebies today.
Firstly I won a free cake item in the Lidl Easter giveaway game ….i chose a brioche chocolate croissant.
I had a free jar of beetroot , again from the Lidl app
I had a free bag of freee bread flour …..gluten free….
Nice little bundle today …..
You can’t beat a freebie can you …..

I have a neighbor who likes to take little spur of the moment trips to see friends and family. She hadn't done that for awhile. Since tomorrow is supposed to be full of bad storms, tornado warnings, etc. she decided to go to a friend's house out of town. She came over with 2 huge onions, a small bag of potatoes, and a quart of milk. She won't leave them home for a week and she won't take them, so yes, I was glad to ''help'' her out. Payday is Friday, yay!

She does cook, but says she isn't a good cook. To thank her for her occasional food gifts she drops off when she decides to leave town, I take her a plate of cookies or something when she gets back, the next time I bake. She told me once she really likes that payback so it works!

congrats. i never won anything at lidl and when i had their app so i deinstalled it and stopped going there. i do surveys and get gift cards on my own, my only happiness
