There are so many things going on when it comes to loving someone or some things in life. I must admit that it adds shades of life. It could be the happiest or the saddest to experience. It is up to us to embrace the changes and be a better version of our lives or not. The word "love" can bring a lot of intangible feelings within us. Some people cannot handle it if their hearts break into a million pieces. Others can just have the time of grief and move on.
How do you handle breakups?

I am sad for a while and then slowly move on from it. Everybody handles breakups differently. There is no right way or wrong way to feel when you feel broken-hearted.

@DaddyEvil This is a perfect example. There are so many reasons why some people do this. I had experienced this kind of situation. However, I was able to pass through the heartaches, and now I know how to deal with it.

@Shavkat Experience, if you survive a situation, is a great teacher.

We need to see that love is bigger than each one of us is, so to become "drowned" in love, by waters of despair, should allow us to become better swimmers, in love, rather than giving up to its sometimes rough waters, and be really submerged, and really drowned, by it, instead.

@Shavkat Yes, I would agree, and add that God should be at the centre of all that we ever do too.

No love breakups for me though some friends proved toxic over time.
All relationships are based on give and take, but some just take while expecting others to give all the time.
We have to be prepared that we change over time and and that tests our relationships.
I forgive and move on but tough to forget the hurts.
This too will pass and everything happens for a purpose - is a practical way out of bitterness.

@augusta123 I am glad that you do not feel such a feeling. As for me, I am not that depress unlike before. If it did not work out, then move on and wait for the right one to come.
