I think I will need a new notebook to write down all my passwords and important things I need to remember. Just right now, I opened an email that I use for business and it asks for the password and I cannot seem to remember it. Is this the sign of aging? What do you usually do to remember important passwords and other stuff?

I have a book that I write all my important things down so that I won't forget anything.

You just have a lot more things on your mind as you get older. That makes it more likely we’ll forget things. We’re just normal!

I use Notepad on my laptop to keep all my passwords, emails and sites listed on. I found out Pretty also keeps all my passwords, emails and sites listed on a sheet of notebook paper. I accidentally locked myself out of my laptop and drew a blank when I was trying to log back into it. Pretty went to her room, came back with her paper and told me the password for my laptop. No, it's a sign that you're doing too much stuff and some lesser memories aren't as easily/quickly accessible anymore. Once you slow down, and aren't trying so hard to remember something, it comes back to you.
