Do you make your own Mac n cheese ?

I love Mac n cheese, and many of our pubs have even got it on their menus now. Usually you can add chicken or pulled pork ....I like mine plain.
However, I have to say, that I have never actually made Mac n cheese from scratch. I have only had it from a tin .
I know I should make it myself as I'm sure it would taste amazing.
So, my question is ....
Do you make your own Mac n cheese ?

How do you do it? My mom actually did flour and rolling pins everywhere throws water every where? It took her a whole day to make spaghetti.

@sol_cee I'm not even that keen on the tinned one. I must try and make my own. When we are out and I have it I really enjoy it.

No, I don't like Mac n Cheese. Pretty makes it from a box when she wants it.

I often make mac and cheese from a mix, but I've never gone all the way and baked it from scratch. I really appreciate the work that goes into it when people do, though!

Do you know how hard it is to make noodles from scratch. I saw my mom do it, my brother kind of does it but not the same as how my mom did it. Its a very long process. That being said mac and cheese is poor people food that tastes great.

Vince doesn't look too much pasta or too much cheese so this isn't on our menu. I like it but never really get the chance to have it.
