So I was looking at the things I could review (for free), and a poster of hand yoga popped up. Never in my life would it have occurred to me that hand yoga is a thing. But hey, why not? Those exercises probably come in handy (no pun intended) for arthritic hands. I find myself trying them right now.

In this chair yoga class I go to we have alot of finger wiggling and shaking, but ahe hasn't shown any of them. This teacher never varies from the routine. It would be nice if she would shake it up a bit.

So I never knew that this was a thing and now I must try them as I do so much with my hands and they hurt so much by the end of the day.

How interesting that you got this to review. I never heard of hand yoga but I'll be curious to know if it helps you. At least you didn't have to review goat yoga
