Took this moon pic from my terrace. Not to brag, but I think I accidentally outshot NASA… they just have better funding and, you know, space access.

Guess this was during a Muslim celebration - maybe Eid? I always associate the moon vibe with it, so it kind of makes sense in my head. Also, my friend just had a baby named Luna - did you know Luna literally means “moon”? Anyway, here’s the moon doing its thing - being dramatic, glowing, and ignoring all my life problems.

Yes, in Italian we call the moon "luna", so many songs about Luna in Italy.

@sol_cee The sun is sole, the famous poem by St. Francis "Fratello sole e sorella luna" (brother sun and sister moon).

I should tell my friend she won’t be getting good sleep until baby “Moon” turns two… or maybe three? Lol

@sol_cee We have too many trees around our house to see the moon. I rarely go outside anymore.

When we brought Pretty home, she slept through the night. I was on night and day duty because her mom tore while giving birth so she couldn't get up and take care of her. I stayed home from work for a month until Patsi (Pretty's mom) healed up and could get up and take care of Pretty herself. (She had stitches you wouldn't believe. I had to carry Patsi to the bathroom and back to bed again every time she needed to go.
